Yup. He's a villain of the "Pretty/Dumb Muscle" variety, younger brother of the Big Bad of S1. Or possibly the son, it's arguable whether the Big Bad is Andre or Victor. He kills a bunch of people, sleeps with someone, she finds out he's evil and stabs him, he dies a few hours later. Y'know. Standard villain stuff.
