computer update

got a call from microcenter--they're recommending i get my computer sent out for repairs. new plug jack thingy, repaired motherboard, new keyboard. gonna go talk to them tomorrow and see how much of my data is gonna be salvageable, if any.
so yeah.

Your data may be salvageable. Back it up if you can, and put in a request that they not reformat the hard drive or delete anything unnecessarily.

I did that when I had to send the Monster out to get the power jack fixed, and it came back with all my data intact.

though i might end up just getting a new computer, if they can pull the data off my current one faster than the sending out business would be. i don't know. i'll update again tomorrow.
