I found this--and several others--when I was digging through some old documents from a poetry class I took last summer. The assignment was to write a persona poem, from the POV of quite literally anyone. So, I thought, "Yay! Excuse for semi-legitimate fanfiction!"
Oddly enough, the first draft had my teacher believing an inversion of the actual power dynamic. This is a revision, that I think is better for several reasons, including that.
